Shipping

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
4. Shipping Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Screens must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
2. Return Conditions: Returns will only be accepted if the screen has manufacturing defects or if there was an error with the order. Returns are not accepted for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, email our support team with your order number, purchase details, and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days to guide you through the process.
4. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exchanges for Other Models: If you wish to exchange your screen for another model, please contact us. If the requested model has a different price, we will provide steps to make the necessary adjustments.
Warranty
All of our screens come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by improper installation or handling.
